• Date: Friday, November 25th – Sun November 27th at Playa Chiquita, Costa Rica
• Regular Ticket: $222 p.P. including 6 delicious vegan meals
  • in case money is the only reason holding you back to apply, mention this in your application and we’ll find a creative solution
• Optional Coaching: For a total price of $333 we offer you an additional personal coaching session (1h) with us to prepare you (or you and your partner) best for the event.

Application Process

To ensure clarity on what to expect, create a safe and aligned space for everyone and to craft the retreat catered to the needs and desires of our group, we don’t sell tickets publicly but have an application process to get to know you before we meet. Please answer the following questionnaire and we will get in touch with you shortly to send you more information on payment details to confirm your spot!

Accommodation Options

We provide limited accommodation options on site that we offer on a first-come/first-serve basis.
The prices are per bed for 2 nights (Friday-Sunday, max 2 people).

Terms: Self Responsibility & Cancelation

• SELF RESPONSIBILITY
  • We provide a space that is as safe as possible for everyone. Please indicate in the application form if you have any conditions or concerns that we should be aware of. During the retreat you are responsible for your actions. You will always have the choice to observe and not actively engage in any activities. You are fully responsible for your actions and the consequences. Please only apply if you feel capable of taking this responsibility.
• CANCELLATION 
  • After your application is successful we will send you the payment details. Your participation is confirmed after we receive the full amount of payment. In case you need to cancel, we will charge the following fees unless you refer someone who we accept to take your spot:
    • 10% up to 4 weeks before the start of the retreat
    • 50% up to 14 days before the retreat
    • 80% up to 48h before the retreat
